Shape your thoughts. Give meaning to moments.
Journaling, reimagined. Ariveria builds a nightly habit that feels effortless.
We rebuilt journaling from the ground up, shaped alongside mental-health professionals. Here is how Ariveria does it better.
Static prompts and a blank page you fill in alone.
Ari meets you where you are.
General chatbots that agree with everything and forget you.
Ariveria remembers, like a friend would.
Broad, one-size-fits-all support tools.
Specialised, and built on real frameworks.
How It Works

Daily, weekly and monthly reports go further, organised around areas of focus developed with mental health professionals: the dimensions proven to matter most for understanding your behaviour, patterns and growth.
Your mood map plots how you have felt across days and weeks. Spot what lifts you and what weighs on you, and build the kind of self-awareness that only time and data together can reveal.
After each session, Ariveria turns your reflection into a clear insights card: the emotional tone of your day, the patterns it noticed, and the moments worth carrying forward. Always yours to revisit.
When evening comes, Ari, your reflection companion, guides you through a short, meaningful reflection of your day, weaving in any notes you may have added.
Throughout the day, drop in voice memos or quick text notes whenever something strikes you: a thought, a feeling, a moment worth remembering. No structure needed.
Reflection only works when it feels safe. Ariveria does not collect or retain any copies of your journal entries, your conversations with Ari, or your personal information. Everything stays on your device.
Your journal entries, reflections, and conversations with Ari are stored locally on your device. We do not keep copies on our servers.
We process your words to power your reflections, but we do not retain them. Once your session is complete, the content is gone from our servers.
We do not build behavioural profiles from your reflections, and we never sell personal information to third parties.
Ariveria is built so that meaningful reflection does not require giving up meaningful privacy. That is a design choice, not an afterthought.
Testimonials
"I used to dread journalling because I never knew what to write. With Ariveria, I just talk into my phone during the day, and the nightly session pulls it all together. I've never stuck with a habit this long."
